So today 11 years ago about around this time, my parents where in a motorcycle wreck. I can't believe it has been 11 years since the wreck.

So Cory went to Reno on Thursday and flew back last night. So we will find out in a few days if he will get a job offer.

So it has been nice for the past day or so. This morning I got up closed all the windows and started circulating the air. Since we can not have an air conditioner because they think it will wreck the siding and we are not suppose to be blocking the window. So hopefully circulating the air will be nice today.

So Sunday for Mother's Day. Cory and I got out of nursery for Priesthood and Relief Society. So in Relief Society they talked about Emma Smith. It was a really good lesson. So they read letters that Joesph wrote to Emma, and they also showed a video that Brother Sherry made. This isn't the video that they showed, but the music is the same. There is a movie called Emma Smith that is out. That is what the clips are from.

So Bill was in Corvallis tonight at the elementary school near our house. So we went over to hear what he was going to say. He definitely looks different in person! They were going to do it in the school gym but there were so many people that everybody couldn't fit, so they had him speak in the playground area. I didn't have my camera with. I actually went back to see if he was still speaking to see if I could get a picture but he was leaving so no picture. Expect we tried to get one on our cell. So if you around us and ask we can show you. He's kind of small on it.

Ya things have changed on our blog. I decided I like the polka dot background. For mother's day, Cory bought me flowers, a couple of maternity shirts, and I got a couple of other things such as nursing bras. Plus a caramel apple from the rocky mountain chocolate factory, the apple pie. It is my favorite! He also gave me a card. So this morning Alyssa got up early. Which wasn't very fun. Cory fixed me French toast, sausage, & hash browns, for breakfast. For dinner he did a roast with veggies, and a cake for desert.

So yesterday we went to Salem for Lila's (Cory's cousin's wife) birthday. Here's some pictures that Lila took and I took a couple of them but mostly Lila. So last night I was having Alyssa sit in the bathroom on her potty chair. Well she decided that she wanted Cory to sit in there with her. Well he taught her while he was in there to put the underwear on her head as a hat. So we were trying to get her to put the underwear on and she kept saying "Hat".

So Cory's interview went pretty well. He will probably be going back for another trip to another place they have down there. He is really working hard on getting good grades. Alyssa went to the bathroom yesterday on her potty chair. So Thursday I have a doctor's appointment. I get to see the doctor that delivered Alyssa. In another couple of weeks, May 20th I am going to have another appointment and that is when the ultrasound is going to be. So I will post how that goes. If the weight is down and he isn't gaining any weight the doctor talked about inducing me early. I am hoping that isn't the case. I definitely don't think that I look big. I am not as big as I was with Alyssa. I have had people asking if I am expecting, and I tell them yes. When people ask me that I just kind of feel like I am fat. I want to ask what my measurements were with Alyssa. So I will do that when I have my ultrasound. So I am not really a baker. Cory is the one that makes the pies. I hav...

So Cory went off to Reno really early this morning. He will be coming back tonight. Hopefully, there won't be any trouble with flights today. I really couldn't sleep so I was goofing off for a little bit. Cory has been pretty stressed with midterms. He had 3 midterm's this week, 2 in one day and one yesterday morning. I was really pushing for him to stay at the school. I am wanting him to get good grades. I am not quite sure how many hours he put into studying I know it was definitely 16+ hours. So I am hoping to get to spend sometime with Cory tomorrow. Alyssa has been pretty upset cause she hasn't gotten to really see him either. Especially when he leaves for school she wants to go with him. Well I am going to go back to bed!!!

Cory is going back to Reno on Friday. For a day trip, hoping he does well at the interview. He is pretty stressed right now with midterms. He is hoping to pass his classes. I am making him study lots. I want him to pass his classes. I am still working on the potty training Alyssa. She actually went in there all by herself last night and went. Which was very surprising to Cory and I. I can't believe I am getting closer to having this baby. It seems like it has gone by fast. We are working on a name. I am hoping next week have a name picked out and set in stone. I would really like Alyssa to be able to say the name. Alyssa requests cups of different colors all the time. It's amazing how she is developing each day. There is a toy in nursery that is a cube that your put the shapes in, and each side is a different color. Well Friday morning Cory left for the airport in Portland. He had a flight going from Portland to San Francisco. When his flight got to San Francisco, his flight to Reno was canceled. So Cory spent all day Friday in San Francisco and than came home so his interview got rescheduled. He wasn't to happy.

So I had some tests done yesterday and the results look good. While I was there yesterday I schedule all my appointments up till my due date. I can't believe it's getting close. Next time I start my rotation between the other doctors at the clinic in cause my doctor isn't the one on call when I am in labor so that I feel comfortable with them, and get to meet them. I will have an ultrasound for sure when I am 32 weeks, so next month. Cory has two job interviews this week. One Tomorrow in Salem, and another in Reno on Friday.

So my aunt sent a very cute outfit for Alyssa, along with a picture CD and some pictures. The pictures are so cute of Alyssa. She was pretty young, the pictures were taken last summer in Utah. Well Cory and I went to Lagoon one day and had my other aunt watched her. So while Alyssa was at my aunt's house she tripped over my cousins shoes and fell into the coffee table. Poor Alyssa! I have had a couple of people ask me what a yurt looks like. So I found this picture at the Oregon Parks and Recreation website. Measuring 24 feet in diameter, we have deluxe yurts only at Umpqua Lighthouse State Park. Introduced in 2002, these yurts are similiar to their smaller cousins – the rustic yurts. They´re made of a sturdy, wooden lattice covered in canvas; have a skylight; and a locking, wooden door. So write now I am working on potty training Alyssa. I have her wearing underwear during the day. It is just getting disgusting changing her diaper cause they are so gross. She has figured out how to open the bathroom door. She says a whole bunch of stuff. It is so weird to realize that she is 2 years old. Cory has an interview this week. I have got him reading the twilight series. He seems to be liking it. He has been busy with school, and seems to be doing pretty good. I have been keeping busy with Alyssa. Still getting nauseated. I am going to start making a scrapbook for Alyssa when we have some money so I can develop some pictures. I have a pink album for her. I have a blue one for the baby so I don't get behind with this one. We are still figuring out a name. There is two names we are really liking right now.
