Graduation is approaching on Cory. He is spending the day at the school working on a paper that is due here pretty quick. I am getting excited cause my due date is approaching also. I just am not excited about the pain of labor. Alyssa is working on becoming potty trained. Which we are definitely excited about cause her diapers smell. She has had several accidents. But two positive experiences in the past couple of days. She requested yesterday to have help on the potty chair and she went pee. YAY!!! Hoping to have another success today. On another note, this baby is way more wiggly than Alyssa was in me.

So a year ago tomorrow, May 25th, we lost my step-dad to cancer. He has been missed alot. It was sad that he died at such a young age of 47. But just to know that he isn't in pain and he isn't going through all of it is reassuring. This was taken before he started all of his treatments. Have some good memories of him. I was hoping to go and put flowers on his grave. I haven't been to the cemetery since the funeral because we live aways from the cemetery. Some things that I remember that are kind of depressing, but I will always remember. A few days before when he was in the nursing home. Alyssa and I went to visit him, he was wanting to hold Alyssa and he didn't have the strength to hold her, from not being able to eat. But she was also being a pill to. Mark was happy that Alyssa was born. Cause she was the first grandchild, even though they aren't blood related. Mark and I comparing belly's.
