The Strasser's

Not such a good day. I have dealt with a horrible migraine all day. I have thrown up three times because of it, and I am wishing that it would go away. I don't think I have really gained  weight at all so far which is kind of nice. Just because of all the morning sickness and than having this migraine today. And I also think that Owen may have an ear infection, so I will be calling the doctor tomorrow to see if I can get him in. I have been kind of planning Alyssa's 4th birthday, which is next month. Cory has been busy working and with school.

Well to start off the week, I threw up today, I know TMI. Still have morning sickness. Today I have been running on lack of energy, again, at least I got most of the house cleaned Saturday, and the garage. I am hoping to get some pictures taken of the kids this week, but I am missing my battery charger to the camera. Well I am off to see if I can get something done while the kids nap.

The date has been set, March 31st is my ultrasound. I have been toying with the idea of not finding out because we have boy clothes and girl clothes and I don't think I can wait. I still have some morning sickness. I am going to get some unisom tomorrow to see if that will help. I only threw up three times last week. And I have really learned not to take my prenatal on a empty stomach. And I think the heartburn starting up more also. I am 15 weeks today.

Cory and I went to a Valentine's Dance, that was the day before Valentine's Day. We had a lot of fun. We like to dance and we just don't get out and dance hardly anymore.

As you can tell I haven't been the greatest at updating the blog. I hope to get better at it and post more pictures. I am bascially almost a full 14 weeks along. I think the morning sickness is calming down some which I am very excited about. We have scheduled the ultrasound, March 31st. I am very excited to see what we are having. Alyssa thinks it's a girl, and than sometimes she talks about having another brother. Well that is about all for now. I hope to write more later.

Alyssa is excited for her birthday in April. She has decided which theme she wants, Hannah montana. She knows the alphabet pretty well, and is slowly working on writing them. She has had an attitude for a little while, and get's rough sometime's trying to deal with her because of that. We have been trying to break her of a nap time, and some days it'e worth giving her a nap. She is a fun, loving little girl.

Well Owen is 18 months old. He is starting to talk more. Owen says, mom, dad, Alyssa (every now and than), bye, hi, blow's kisses, and finally started saying book, read, and one time said stop it, and Ainsleigh (a girl that is at play group). He love's to look at books and read. He loves trying to play with his sister but it doesn't work out so well sometimes. He was weighed on our bathroom scale and he weighed 29 lbs 8 oz, He's where I get all the muscle in my arms from. Owen has started wearing size 5 diapers. He is wearing clothes anywhere from 24months (some) to 3 T (depending).

Well I haven't really updated lately. For a couple of days now I have been on the sick side, it is especially not nice because I can't take any meds expect for Tylenol and some allergy thing that seems to kind of help. I can't really taken any nasal decongestant until I am 13 weeks. I don't want to be sick for that long. I think I started getting a ear infection and they are waiting for as long as possible to give them to me. So I am thinking I will be talking to the doctor today to see if I can get the antibiotics hopefully soon. I was basically down for the day yesterday, the house has been lacking on the clean side since yesterday, so hopefully I can get some stuff done.

I have decided to join a friend on a Live List . I have been wanting to do it for some time now. Some of the things on my list will take some time, but here's what I have so far. Well I have had these pictures on my camera for a few weeks now. So we went up to the snow with some friends. Alyssa had lots of fun, Owen liked it but didn't last very long in it. A Fort made by all of us Stephanie made this wall

Guess what it is that time to update the blog. I will be getting a card reader so that I may post pictures. So look for updates and stuff hopefully tonight.

The fun thing to do around here is model sunglasses.

While trying to get a picture of Alyssa in her Christmas Dress, Owen decided he wanted his picture taken. Unfortunately he wasn't wearing the sweater that he got. But he's still cute even with the runny nose that he has in this picture.

Alyssa wore this every dress every Sunday before Christmas. Thanks to Rick and my mom for getting her a Christmas dress.

Owen's favorite thing nowadays is pulling stuff out of the cupboards in the kitchen. This was my favorites. He got out the Bosch bowl stuck the attachment in it and was spinning it around.

This year Alyssa and I decorated our Gingerbread house.

Dear Family and Friends, Here is our Christmas Letter. To start off at the beginning of this year we purchased a home , 2 bed 1 bath, I can't remember the square footage at this time. Cory started school in September at Willamette University. He is getting a Master's in teaching, not sure which way in teaching quite yet. He is still working from home. Alyssa turned 3 in April. She know's some of her letter's and is learning how to write. She is working on counting some and learning her number's. Next year she will be a sunbeam. Owen turned 1 in July. He learned to walk at 13 months, or around there, Alyssa helped him. He says mom, dad, bye bye, and he knows how to blow kisses. He likes playing with his sister, and sometimes not. I am a stay at home mom. I have been pretty busy with the kids. I have been trying to read lot's of books. That is all I can really think of now that we have been up to this year.

Pictures will probably be posted after the beginning of the year, but I hope to post sooner than that. We have been busy visiting with Cory's brother's that came to town for Christmas. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

Well to start off I went to play group and was running late and I am a little tired. So I thought I stuck my keys in my pocket like I always do and they weren't there when I got to the car to leave, than I went and looked in my bag and they weren't there. Than I finally looked in the car, and there they were in the car. So after some time after trying to see if someone could go get the other set from Cory. I remembered how to get in the car, and I pushed the window down to far. A guess a hide-a- key is something that is going to be on my to do list.
