Our Fun Morning Yesterday....

Ok so we have had a little fun this morning. So I was getting ready to stick Owen on the couch and prop him and I looked a way for a second and all of a sudden Owen was sliding off the couch. He went head first off the couch.
I started getting him calmed down and all of a sudden he threw up on my shoulder, as I was pulling him away from me to look at the damage I got the whole front of me covered.
Than I was trying to look him over to see if he was all right. I called my mom to ask her a question and I told her what happened. Than she told me to get Owen ready and she would be over to get Owen and me and take us to the doctor's. She thought that maybe he could have a concussion. Well I guess quite a few of the doctor's offices were closed because of the snow, and I was trying to find the number for the doctor’s office.
So while she was on her way she called 911 and she was talking to them when she got here. So than they came and they looked him over, and he didn’t have a concussion.
So I guess I didn't pay for gas to the doctor's and pay a co-payment, because it was free.

Until you get the bill for the ambulance to come.....what a stressful adventure!

They said they weren't going to charge unless Owen went in the ambulance, so it's definitely a good thing he didn't go in the ambulance.

I am so glad Owen is ok. Life can be so crazy.
I was wondering if you would email me your address so I can send you a Christmas card. If I don't send them i won't remember them later. :)

Good times. I distinctly remember something like that happening to us, only it involved a changing table and I did actually take Sam to the hospital. It was very scary and Andrea, as well as the rest of us, will never forget that you cannot leave a child on the changing table alone! :)

Last month we were leaving a football game and thought Evan had a seizure. He was slumped over, Cory picked him up he said it felt like he wasn't breathing. Evan than threw up all over and it seemed like he wasn't all there. We than ended up calling the doctor when we got home to see if we should take him to the hospital to get him checked out. We described what happened and how he was. he wasn't his self when Cory got him ready for a bath . After about an hour he was more like his normal self and they told us to keep an eye on him. I was able able to get him into his neurologist the next week and he thought we should get him back in to get another EEG. We should hopefully hear by the end of the week from the neurologist how the test went.  getting the wires off after sleeping

A little update

It has been a hectic summer. Which equals to no updates for anyone to read, and now the updates are going to come more. School as started. We are moved, more about that later. And I only have one child semi still at home. And the rest are gone the rest of the day at school. But I hope everyone will back and continue read the blog. It has been crazy around, Everything from softball, to IEP meetings for Evan and Owen for next school year. I can't believe that school is almost over with this year. Alyssa will be in 4th grade, Owen 2nd, and Evan in Kindergarten.  Emma will start Early Intervention in the classroom in the fall also. Emma is walking pretty good with her walker. They are working on getting on Orthopedics approved by insurance, hopefully it will be approved soon. Alyssa is enjoying softball, the team has only lost one game so far this season. She has been improving throughout the season and doing well. Owen is loving math at school, he really likes his teacher. I am hoping he will get a teacher just as great as the teacher he has now. Evan is doing good. He is going to be 5 on Sunday. I am getting excited to make him some cupcakes for his birthday, with bright colors.
